In February 1992, four Public Health Officers founded Transfix Limited to combat deteriorating sanitation and rising pest problems in Kenyan homes. They saw a need for affordable, professional pest control services, as the existing multinational firm was too expensive for the average person. This created a new market opportunity for the company to grow by providing accessible solutions for homes and businesses.
